I help healthcare leaders move from a feeling of overwhelm to inspiration. As a coach, I work with medical professionals in leadership roles to create clarity; to find their own unique ways to tackle obstacles and find balance. I help them find ways to cross the chasms in their lives.
How does coaching work?
My skills as a coach are to help my clients see the connections between different thoughts, situations, actions and behaviours. These connections are like bridges that will create paths to opportunity, clarity and possibility. I move my clients from the edge of the cliff across the gap by helping them to create their own bridges.
Mission and Vision
Coaching healthcare leaders to maintain presence
I work with healthcare leaders to overcome obstacles and find strategies to optimize their work life balance. I believe that caring leaders who model health, commitment and growth will have the greatest impact on the wellbeing of others. These leaders need to be present to their own needs as well as the needs of people around them. To be present they need time and space to be aware of their thoughts and see the obstacles that are deterring them. With my compassionate style of coaching for clarity, I create a reflective space for these leaders to define their own unique visions of health and success. Together we find strategies to implement these visions so that they can be happier, more effective clinicians and leaders.
“Initially, I had little idea what to expect nor what I might gain from coaching. To be honest, I was a little skeptical. However, Beth and I worked our way through the process, it was apparent to me that the questions I had about my career, my path and myself became much more accessible Therefore, it was easier to address them in a thoughtful and productive manner. I can’t express how helpful this process has been for me, both professionally and personally.” KC 2019
